Team building, wellbeing, and making a real difference outdoors

Step out of the office and into a working woodland.
Our Corporate Nature Team Days offer teams the chance to spend a day outdoors, working together on meaningful conservation tasks while reconnecting with nature and each other.
Away from screens and deadlines, teams slow down, communicate differently, and build trust through shared practical work. It’s a refreshing alternative to a typical away day.
At the same time, your team’s day contributes to something bigger.
Income from Corporate Nature Team Days provides unrestricted funding that helps keep our woodland and garden programmes running year-round, supporting young people in Bristol who are experiencing mental health challenges, social isolation, or barriers to opportunity.
Through woodland and garden projects we create welcoming spaces where people can reconnect with nature, develop practical skills, and build supportive community.
Stronger teams. Brighter futures for people, community, and nature.
Stronger team connection
Time outdoors away from screens
Meaningful work that supports local nature
The chance to contribute to the Bristol community
No two days are the same. Your team will step into the seasonal needs of the woodland and take part in practical conservation work.
🌳 Coppicing and woodland management
🌱 Tree planting and habitat creation
🪵 Preparing craft materials
🪺 Building dead hedges or bird boxes
🚶 Path building and site maintenance
Alongside practical work there is space to pause, connect, and enjoy being outdoors together.
Teams can bring their own lunch, or we can help arrange catering.
Where possible we work with local social enterprises and community caterers, helping your team day support organisations working for social good in Bristol.
For teams that want it, we can hold space for light-touch reflection during the day, such as:
Team check-ins
Open conversations across roles
Coaching-style questions about goals or communication
Participation is always optional — the focus remains on a relaxed and supportive environment.
