Gentle, trauma-aware nature connection for people facing big life challenges

Our One-to-One Nature Mentoring offers safe, personalised support outdoors. We walk alongside people who may be feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or stuck — including those living with anxiety, depression, psychosis, neurodivergence, or recovering from trauma or major life change.
Together we build trust and confidence through calm, nature-based activities such as walking, fire-making, gardening, art, and mindful time in green spaces. Sessions are guided by the person’s energy and interest — there’s no pressure to talk or achieve.

I hadn’t been able to join any support groups for years, but slowly walking the same woodland paths, lighting fires, and watching the seasons shift gave me a sense of freedom. I even found a favourite tree that felt like a friend.
After a major life change I felt lost and fearful. Simple sit spots and quiet woodland walks helped me process grief and feel curiosity and presence return
